If you’re passionate about the automotive industry, understand the power of detail, can communicate a value proposition clearly, and feel excited to be part of a team that’s rebuilding an iconic offroad brand — this role is for you.
At Santana Motors, we’re not just filling a position — we’re looking for someone truly passionate about the offroad world. Someone who feels at home among utility vehicles, rough trails, and the adventurous spirit that defines our legendary brand.

We want to bring on board someone with a structured vision, clear thinking, and positive energy. Someone who can organize and synthesize information precisely, with strong analytical skills and direct communication.

A person who sees a product not just as a list of components, but as a complete system — with technical, commercial, and emotional impact.
